Position Summary
BRAC Ghana Savings & Loans Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager – Digital Financial Services (DFS) to join its team at the Head Office in Accra. The successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation, and risk management of digital financial service initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to support the growth of secure, efficient, and customer-focused digital financial products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of Digital Financial Services (DFS) strategies and initiatives.
Identify and manage risks associated with digital financial products and platforms.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of DFS products to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to enhance digital service delivery.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support informed decision-making.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
Support innovation and continuous improvement in digital financial products and services.
Educational Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, ICT, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably within the financial services sector.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital financial services and financial technology trends.
Excellent analytical and risk assessment capabilities.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
