Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance the school’s visibility, reputation, and student enrollment. The successful candidate will drive marketing strategies, support admissions efforts, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support brand growth and student enrollment
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate closely with the admissions team to support student recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, partners, and the wider community
  • Oversee the development and production of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, website content, and online campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing; experience within the education sector is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking with strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
