Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement process. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, ensure cost-effective sourcing, maintain inventory systems, and support efficient operational delivery within a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that support operational efficiency and cost control
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract compliance
  • Oversee inventory management systems, including Material Control and Opera
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory requirements, and internal controls
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of goods and services
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
  • Identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure quality and value for money
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems
  • Lead, supervise, and develop procurement team members

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) required
  • Minimum of 5 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar procurement role
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end procurement processes in the hospitality industry (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures and statutory requirements
  • Experience with inventory management systems (Material Control and Opera)
  • ERP system knowledge is an added advantage
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
