Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and results-oriented Field Sales Supervisors to lead and manage sales operations within assigned territories in Kasoa. In this role, you will supervise field teams, drive sales performance, and expand market reach while building strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate field sales activities across assigned locations
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand product distribution
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, and distributors
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and promotional activities
- Provide ongoing feedback and training to enhance team performance
Qualification Required & Experience
- Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field
- Experience in sales or field supervision will be an added advantage
Skills and Competencies
