We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Training Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of impactful training programs.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Training Officer will support the design, promotion, coordination, and delivery of training programs. The role requires a dynamic professional who combines strong organizational skills with client engagement and training development capabilities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Promotion & Business Development

  • Promote and market the organization’s training programs and services to clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client acquisition and growth strategies
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into training engagements
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets
  • Draft training proposals and support bid submissions for clients

Training Development & Content Support

  • Assist in developing training manuals, presentations, and learning materials
  • Conduct research to ensure training content remains relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with client needs
  • Support needs assessments to identify client training requirements

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Plan and organize training schedules, logistics, and session arrangements
  • Coordinate training sessions to ensure smooth and effective delivery
  • Liaise with clients to confirm training requirements, expectations, and logistics
  • Represent the organization at networking events, workshops, and industry forums

Client Engagement & Reporting

  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the training lifecycle
  • Prepare post-training reports and feedback summaries
  • Monitor training activities and provide regular updates to management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, facilitation support, or a related role
  • Experience in developing training materials and coordinating training programs is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and client engagement abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
