Job Summary

MGA Consulting Ghana Limited seeks a responsible and professional Driver to support daily transportation needs. The successful candidate will ensure safe, timely, and comfortable transportation of staff, clients, and official materials while maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and responsibly at all times
• Transport staff, clients, and official documents to designated locations promptly
• Maintain a clean, well-kept, and roadworthy vehicle daily
• Plan routes effectively to ensure timely arrivals and efficient travel
• Adhere strictly to all road traffic regulations and company driving policies
• Create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all passengers
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents promptly to management
• Perform routine checks on oil, fuel, tires, and general vehicle condition

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a valid Ghanaian driver’s license
• Demonstrate 1–2 years of professional driving experience
• Communicate effectively in English
• Willing to undergo a driving test as part of the recruitment process
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and good customer service skills
