Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Marketing Officer to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach. The successful candidate will actively promote our robotics and educational programmes while strengthening relationships with schools, institutions, and corporate partners.

This role is field-oriented and requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic training and education partnerships
  • Promote Xplore Bot robotics kits and Firefly programmes to schools and institutions
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and brand visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational bodies, and organisations
  • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and outreach visits
  • Support business growth initiatives and drive revenue expansion
  • Track market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing and sales activities
