Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in people management processes. The successful candidate will help create a welcoming and well-organized workplace environment while developing practical HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting vacancies and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help prepare HR documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leave records
  • Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming workplace environment
  • Provide support in organizing staff engagement and training activities
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree (or currently pursuing a Degree) in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
