Job Title: Public Relations Officer (Full-Time)
Location: Dambai, Oti Region

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Public Relations Officer to join our team in Dambai, Oti Region. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the public image of our organization as we support a major construction project in the area. You will actively build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure clear, consistent, and professional messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s reputation
• Manage internal and external communications related to the construction project
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, community stakeholders, and partners
• Draft press releases, official statements, speeches, and communication materials
• Handle inquiries and manage sensitive or crisis-related issues with professionalism and discretion
• Monitor public perception and provide timely communication support to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or large-scale projects is an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity
