Role Summary
The Sales Manager (FMCG) leads the sales function by developing and executing effective strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.
- Ensure efficient distribution and availability of products across key channels.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in managing and developing sales teams.
