Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and physically fit Delivery Driver to support our logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods safely and efficiently to customers and designated locations.
• Plan and follow optimal delivery routes to ensure timely service.
• Load and unload items while handling goods with care.
• Verify delivery details and obtain necessary confirmations or signatures.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
• Ensure the vehicle remains clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service to customers at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Basic education (JHS/SHS Certificate), HND, or Diploma.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in delivery, retail, warehouse, or logistics roles is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of road safety rules and navigation within Accra.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
