We are seeking a highly motivated Tele Sales Engineer (Cybersecurity) to join our team and drive demand generation and pre-sales engagement across our cybersecurity portfolio.


Role Overview

The Tele Sales Engineer will design and execute lead generation and demand creation strategies while engaging prospects through consultative conversations. The role combines technical cybersecurity awareness with strong sales development skills to qualify leads, build pipelines, and support revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies targeting SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
  • Develop compelling outbound messaging, content, and call-to-actions for email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach campaigns.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified cybersecurity prospects through inbound and outbound activities.
  • Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls to understand client cybersecurity needs and business priorities.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including conversion rates, engagement levels, and sales funnel velocity.
  • Improve outreach effectiveness by introducing and optimizing sales tools, workflows, and data management practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accurate positioning of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends, threats, and vendor solutions to maintain market relevance and competitive insight.
  • Support continuous improvement of lead generation processes and sales enablement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in lead generation, demand generation, sales development, or pre-sales roles in B2B technology, preferably cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Proven experience in managing or supporting sales development or lead generation functions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation tools.
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as cloud security, endpoint protection, threat detection, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales metrics and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
