Position Summary
KAYA seeks a proactive and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, create a welcoming environment for guests, and ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams. You will drive service excellence, uphold kitchen standards, and support a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery
- Create and maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional guest experience
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to maintain consistent quality and timing
- Enforce company standards, policies, and hygiene procedures
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control where necessary
- Support team development and encourage a positive work culture
Requirements
- Hold a Degree, Diploma, or HND in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Bring 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred)
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Show willingness to learn and adapt to KAYA’s kitchen and service standards
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as a team player
- Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby areas
