Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team. You will actively design, prepare, and serve high-quality beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience that reflects KAYA’s Afro-Caribbean identity and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages in line with KAYA standards
• Develop and maintain creative drink presentations that enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering needs
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with safety regulations
• Engage positively with guests to deliver excellent customer service
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Degree, Diploma, or HND in Hospitality, Mixology, or related field preferred
• 2–3 years of experience as a mixologist or bartender (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation techniques and beverage pairing
• Punctual, reliable, and professionally disciplined
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to KAYA’s service and quality standards
• Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby communities
