Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, and enthusiastic Line Cook/Chef to join our kitchen team. You will actively contribute to food preparation and service while maintaining KAYA’s culinary standards and supporting a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in line with KAYA’s recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene in all food production activities
  • Support smooth kitchen operations during service periods
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery
  • Assist in stock handling, portioning, and ingredient preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or HND in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
  • 2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen (preferred)
  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to kitchen standards
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby communities
