Position Summary

KAYA seeks a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to support daily operations, ensure smooth service delivery, and help maintain a welcoming and organized environment for both guests and staff. You will actively supervise frontline staff, uphold service standards, and support operational efficiency across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and support smooth restaurant service
• Create and maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional guest environment
• Lead, guide, and support service staff during shifts
• Ensure staff follow KAYA service and kitchen coordination standards
• Assist in training new team members and reinforcing best practices
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to feedback or concerns
• Support shift planning, task allocation, and service readiness
• Uphold punctuality, discipline, and operational consistency across the team

Requirements

• Hold a Degree, Diploma, or HND in Hospitality or a related field
• Bring 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality roles (preferred)
• Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• Show willingness to learn and adapt to KAYA’s service and kitchen standards
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as a team player
• Must live in East Legon, Madina, or nearby areas
