Role Summary
We are seeking a friendly, confident, and well-presented Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will actively welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and support smooth front-of-house operations while creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide accurate wait time information and maintain guest flow
- Escort guests to tables and present menus professionally
- Coordinate closely with service staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Handle guest inquiries and support excellent customer service delivery
- Uphold KAYA’s hospitality standards at all times
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or HND preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, reliable, and professionally presentable
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt to KAYA’s service standards
- Must reside in East Legon, Madina, or nearby communities
