Job Summary

Masterman Publications Limited seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence. The successful candidate will actively promote our products, identify new business opportunities, and implement effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Promote company products and services through various marketing channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

• HND in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage
