JOB TITLE: Female Shop Attendant

Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Female Shop Attendant to support daily store operations. You will actively engage customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will actively:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Support promotional activities and in-store displays
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
• Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• NB: Applicants must have sales background
