Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to support daily store operations. You will actively engage customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will actively:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate product information and recommendations
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards in the store
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support promotional activities and in-store displays
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals
Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in retail or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
- Punctual, reliable, and well-presented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
