Position Overview

SigmaStrat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Offshore Interface Coordinator Officer to support the seamless coordination of onshore and offshore logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient material movement, vessel coordination, and effective communication between all operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of materials from onshore bases to offshore platforms in alignment with operational requirements.
• Plan and manage vessel schedules, load-out activities, and logistics execution.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication between onshore logistics teams and offshore personnel.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of critical equipment and supplies to offshore locations.
• Monitor logistics operations in real time and provide accurate tracking updates.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics bottlenecks to maintain operational continuity.
• Support compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Possesses a minimum of 7 years’ experience in logistics coordination or offshore operations support.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of offshore supply chain and marine logistics systems.
• Communicates effectively across multidisciplinary teams and operational environments.
• Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
• Works with precision, accountability, and a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
