Job Summary

Blow Group seeks a results-oriented Transport Manager to oversee and optimize fleet and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient transportation processes, maintain compliance with safety standards, and drive cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and fuel usage
• Optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Supervise drivers and transport personnel to ensure high performance
• Track deliveries and ensure the timely distribution of goods
• Implement transport performance metrics and reporting systems

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in transport or fleet management
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and fleet management systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with transport compliance and safety standards
