Role Summary
We are seeking disciplined, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Technical and Machine Operators to support continuous production operations. The successful candidates will operate and monitor production equipment to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products while strictly adhering to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production machines efficiently to ensure continuous output of quality products
- Follow defined production plans, instructions, and operational procedures accurately
- Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or deviations promptly
- Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Perform routine checks and basic machine maintenance where required
- Ensure proper handling of materials to minimize waste and downtime
- Support smooth production line operations to achieve daily targets
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Requirements
- Preferred qualification: Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Technical Operator-related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ production experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production line operations
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under strict standards
- Strong awareness of hygiene, safety, and quality control requirements
- Good teamwork, discipline, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
