Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role requires a strategic and hands-on professional who can manage multiple stakeholders, leverage modern sourcing tools, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to selection and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Coach and support managers on effective interviewing techniques and modern hiring methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and digital sourcing channels to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Drive proactive talent pipelines and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies where necessary to meet hiring demands.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders with diverse hiring needs.
- Background in both recruitment agency and in-house talent acquisition is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to coach hiring managers and influence decision-making.
- Experience using ATS platforms, social media, and digital sourcing tools for recruitment.
