Role Overview
AF Electricals is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will actively engage customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations while maintaining a welcoming and professional store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Engage customers professionally and identify their needs effectively
• Recommend suitable products and provide accurate information
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising and stock organization
• Follow all company policies and procedures diligently

Requirements

• HND or Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional attitude
• Must reside around Mallam or nearby areas
