Position Overview

Plato Consult Limited is recruiting on behalf of a multinational organization seeking a responsible and experienced Professional Driver. The role focuses on providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services while ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, vehicle care, and road safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and in compliance with all road traffic regulations
• Transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
• Ensure proper planning of routes to optimize time, fuel efficiency, and safety
• Maintain assigned vehicles in clean, roadworthy, and well-serviced condition
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report mechanical issues promptly
• Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance activities
• Uphold company standards for safety, security, and confidentiality
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and discipline at all times
• Support logistical and operational needs as required

Educational Background & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: WASSCE
• At least five (5) years of proven professional driving experience
• Must be a minimum of 30 years of age
• Valid Class B or C driving license with a clean and safe driving record
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and driving best practices
• Excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance
• Strong team spirit and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• High level of reliability, discipline, and integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours when required
