Position Overview

Plato Consult Limited is recruiting on behalf of a multinational organization seeking an experienced FTTH Sales Team Leader. The role focuses on leading field sales operations, driving customer acquisition for fiber-to-the-home services, and ensuring strong team performance in a target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the FTTH sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and market penetration
  • Coordinate and monitor field activities to ensure effective territory coverage
  • Train, coach, and support sales agents to improve performance and product knowledge
  • Track and analyze sales performance and provide timely reports to management
  • Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the customer base
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and field activities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and promote brand visibility in assigned areas
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Educational Background & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in telecoms or FMCG sales, with a focus on field or direct sales
  • Proven experience in sales team leadership or supervisory roles is an advantage
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
