Job Summary

Cosmo Developers is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive property sales. The successful candidate will create engaging campaigns, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and customer-focused brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and services
• Create and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms and company website content
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Collaborate with sales and property teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Organize and support promotional events, property launches, and exhibitions
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Professional certifications in marketing or digital marketing are an added advantage
