Job Summary

Cosmo Developers is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to drive property sales and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will create a welcoming and professional experience for prospective clients while guiding them through the property purchasing process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to promote available properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about properties and services
  • Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
  • Collaborate with marketing and property teams to align sales strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in sales or real estate is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
