Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Property Facilitator to support property transactions and client engagement. The successful candidate will create a welcoming and professional experience for clients while coordinating property viewings, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with property inquiries in a professional manner
• Coordinate and facilitate property viewings and site visits
• Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
• Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure seamless transactions
• Provide clients with detailed and accurate property information
• Support marketing and promotional activities for available properties
• Ensure all client interactions reflect the company’s high standards of service
• Address client concerns promptly and effectively

Educational Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Relevant experience in real estate or customer service is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
