Job Summary

Ayambuno Solutions is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the fabrication, assembly, and installation of container homes and office structures. The successful candidate will oversee daily production operations, manage artisans, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the fabrication, modification, and assembly of container homes and office units
• Manage and coordinate artisans, technicians, and site workers to ensure productivity and efficiency
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet project timelines
• Ensure availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and client requirements
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal management to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage
• Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports
• Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in construction, fabrication, or container-based projects
• Proven experience supervising artisans and managing production teams
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in container home or modular construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic project management and cost control skills
