Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Poultry Farm Manager to lead daily farm operations and create a well-organized, safe, and productive working environment. You will oversee all aspects of poultry production, ensure optimal flock performance, and drive efficiency through the use of mechanized systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day poultry farm operations
• Implement best practices in poultry production, health, and biosecurity
• Supervise, train, and motivate farm staff to maintain high performance
• Monitor flock health, feeding, and production to achieve optimal output
• Operate and maintain mechanized poultry systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records on production, feed usage, and farm performance
• Create a structured and welcoming work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability

Requirements

• Degree in Animal Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial poultry production
• Proven experience working with mechanized poultry systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams and drive productivity
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
