Role Overview

We are seeking attentive and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to join our team. You will deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt service and creating a friendly, welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently
• Provide menu guidance and make recommendations when needed
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Respond promptly to customer needs and resolve concerns effectively
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation

Requirements

• Diploma, HND, or Degree in a relevant field
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and team-oriented
