Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Full-Time)
Location: Spintex

Role Overview
The Human Resource Manager will lead all HR functions with a strong focus on industrial relations, compliance, and people management systems. You will create a structured and fair working environment, strengthen employee relations, and ensure full compliance with Ghana’s labour laws while partnering with leadership to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Industrial Relations & Union Management
- Lead union negotiations and maintain strong, professional industrial relations
- Manage employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary processes
- Build and sustain productive relationships between management and employees
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team
- Manage attendance systems, leave administration, and HR records
- Ensure full compliance with Ghana Labour Laws and internal policies
- Develop and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures
Strategic HR Leadership
- Build HR systems and structures from the ground up where necessary
- Partner with senior management as a strategic HR business advisor
- Drive workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development
- Strengthen HR’s role as a key driver of business success
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong background in Manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Proven experience in union negotiations and industrial relations
- Hands-on experience in small to medium-sized organizations
Core Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Deep understanding of Ghana Labour Laws and HR compliance
- Excellent negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to design and implement HR systems from scratch
- Strong business acumen with a strategic HR mindset
- High integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
