Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and target-driven Open Market Sales Representatives to expand our market reach and drive product sales. You will actively engage retailers, build strong relationships, and create a welcoming and professional customer experience within the open market environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers within assigned market areas
- Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability in the market
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum of HND, SHS Certificate, or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG or open market sales
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
