Job Summary

The Cleaning Agency Staff will ensure the hospital environment remains clean, hygienic, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors. The role requires diligence, attention to detail, and strict adherence to cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize wards, offices, washrooms, and public areas.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control.
• Handle and dispose of waste appropriately, including medical waste where necessary.
• Refill cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly.
• Respond promptly to cleaning needs across the facility.

Requirements

• Must be young, energetic, and physically fit.
• Must reside within Kumasi or its surrounding areas.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.
• Good attitude, discipline, and reliability.
