Job Summary:
A reputable company based in East Legon is looking to hire Customer Service Officers to support client interactions and ensure a smooth customer experience.
The role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, patient, and able to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
- Assist with order processing and service coordination
- Provide general support to the operations team
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/HND/Degree
- 1–3 years experience in customer service or related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
Salary:
GHS 2,000 – GHS 2,800
