A reputable FMCG company is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and competent individual for the
position below:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales
operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and developing market
strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
 Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
 Monitor market trends and competitor activities
 Prepare sales reports and forecasts
 Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
 Identifying new markets
 Field work

Requirements:
 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or food products)
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets
 Must reside in or around Tema
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Excellent negotiation and communication skills
 Ability to work independently and drive results

Preferred:
 Degree in Marketing, or related field
 Experience in managing distribution networks
 Knowledge of local market dynamics in Ghana
