Role Overview
PowerCare Ghana is seeking energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused Sales Agents to drive customer acquisition and promote its services. The successful candidates will actively engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales efforts.
- Promote PowerCare Ghana’s services clearly and persuasively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support business growth.
Qualifications and Requirements
- HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Confidence in engaging customers and presenting solutions.
- Basic organizational and time management skills.
