Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Concrete Mixer Driver to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to project sites. The successful candidate will operate the mixer truck safely, ensure proper mixing during transit, and deliver concrete in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maneuver concrete mixer trucks from batching plants to project sites
• Drive safely while adhering to traffic regulations and company safety standards
• Operate the mixer drum to ensure continuous and proper mixing of concrete during transit
• Deliver concrete to designated locations within required timelines
• Inspect vehicle and report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Ensure proper handling and prevention of concrete setting during transportation
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and mixing equipment
• Follow instructions from site supervisors and coordinate delivery schedules

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license appropriate for heavy-duty or commercial vehicles
• Experience in operating concrete mixer trucks or similar heavy-duty vehicles
• Basic understanding of concrete handling and mixing processes
• Strong sense of responsibility and road safety awareness
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
