Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to support daily sales operations and deliver excellent customer service. The successful candidate will engage customers, promote products, and help drive sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote and sell wigs and related hair products to meet sales targets
• Provide product information and recommend suitable options based on customer needs
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure stock is well organized
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support general shop operations and cleanliness
• Use basic IT systems for sales recording and inventory support
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic IT skills for sales and record keeping
• Customer service or retail experience is an advantage
• Must live close to Achimota or its surrounding areas
• Friendly, confident, and sales-driven personality
