Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory and ensure the efficient storage and distribution of food and supply items. The successful candidate will maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and support daily operations by ensuring materials are available when needed.

You will play a key role in maintaining proper storage standards, minimizing waste, and ensuring compliance with food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies
• Organize and store items in line with food safety and storage standards
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
• Issue materials and supplies as required by kitchen and operations teams
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations
• Ensure proper handling of perishable goods to reduce spoilage
• Use Microsoft Excel or inventory systems to track stock movements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store area

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Senior High School (SHS) Certificate

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role (preferably within the food or catering industry)
• Basic knowledge of food storage standards and handling procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
