Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Delivery Coordinator to manage and oversee our delivery operations. The successful candidate will coordinate delivery schedules, communicate effectively with drivers and customers, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring deliveries are efficient, well-coordinated, and aligned with food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Communicate clearly with delivery personnel and customers regarding orders and timelines
• Monitor delivery routes using tools such as Google Maps and WhatsApp
• Ensure all deliveries meet quality and food safety standards
• Track orders and resolve delivery issues promptly
• Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
• Support loading and unloading of goods when required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and operations teams to meet demand, especially during peak periods

Educational Requirements

• Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification

Experience & Skills Required

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
• Good physical stamina to support operational demands
• Basic knowledge of health, safety, and food handling standards
• Proficiency in using Google Maps and WhatsApp for coordination and communication
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
