Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will interpret fabrication drawings, measure and prepare materials, and execute welding and tacking processes to produce high-quality metal structures.

You will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical symbols accurately
• Take precise measurements and prepare materials for fabrication
• Perform welding and tacking to assemble metal components
• Ensure all fabricated structures meet required specifications and quality standards
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and durability
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Educational Requirements

• Technical or vocational training in fabrication, welding, or a related field

Experience Required

• Proven experience in metal fabrication or a similar role
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and symbols
• Proficiency in measurement and material preparation
• Hands-on experience in welding and tacking techniques
• Good understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards
