Role Purpose

The Admin & Marketing Support Assistant provides operational and marketing support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities across the business. The role supports content creation, digital engagement, onboarding processes, and administrative coordination to enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in driving engagement, maintaining accurate data, and supporting partnerships that contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital Engagement

  • Schedule and publish social media content (3–5 posts weekly) across key platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly email newsletters.
  • Create and update blog content on a weekly basis.
  • Manage Instagram outreach and engagement to grow audience and brand visibility.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
  • Track user interactions and support customer relationship management processes.

Onboarding & Partnerships

  • Support onboarding of fitness professionals onto the platform.
  • Assist in corporate outreach efforts to build strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct basic research on grants and funding opportunities to support business growth.

Administration & Reporting

  • Provide general administrative support across operations.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on marketing activities and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organisation of business information.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, marketing, or digital engagement roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools is preferred.
