Role Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Teacher with strong IGCSE background to join our academic team. You will deliver engaging lessons, strengthen students’ mathematical understanding, and support their success in international examinations.

You will actively contribute to curriculum delivery, student development, and the overall academic excellence of the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum.
• Teach key areas including Pure Mathematics, Statistics, and Mechanics.
• Prepare students effectively for internal and external examinations.
• Develop lesson plans that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress regularly.
• Integrate ICT tools and online platforms to enhance learning outcomes.
• Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum delivery and academic standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Education (Mathematics option) OR Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Recognized teaching certification (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of post-qualification teaching experience in the Cambridge IGCSE framework.
• Strong subject expertise in Pure Mathematics, Mechanics, and Statistics.
• Proficiency in ICT tools and digital learning platforms.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for student development and academic excellence.
