Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR & Administrative Assistant to support both human resources and general office administration functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and office coordination while ensuring smooth daily operations.
You will play a key role in strengthening internal processes and supporting a productive and well-structured workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
- Assist in benefits administration and HR-related inquiries.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Administrative Support
- Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement needs.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and internal events.
- Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration).
- Strong experience in office administration and coordination tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
