Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the company’s sales and business development activities. The successful candidate will identify prospective clients, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive property sales while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a passion for sales and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and client engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to promote company offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using CRM tools and reporting systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process and post-sales engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and successfully closing sales deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of real estate sales processes and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer relationship management and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
