Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented HR Manager to oversee all human resource operations and support organizational growth through effective people management. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, employee engagement, policy implementation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and best HR practices.
You will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting leadership, and driving employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Coordinate staff training, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and staff welfare programs.
- Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
- Monitor HR trends and implement best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
