Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the company’s sales operations and business growth initiatives. The successful candidate will develop effective sales strategies, manage and motivate the sales team, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business development and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Establish performance goals and provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
  • Ensure effective implementation of sales processes, policies, and operational standards.
