Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented Delivery Representative to support the company’s logistics and distribution operations. The successful candidate will ensure timely and safe delivery of products while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service during every interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of responsibility, and good knowledge of routes within Accra.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers safely, accurately, and within scheduled timelines.
• Verify delivery documents and obtain customer signatures or confirmations upon delivery.
• Handle goods carefully to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit required reports promptly.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Ensure vehicles and delivery equipment are used responsibly and maintained appropriately.
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions and deliveries.
• Resolve basic delivery-related issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Follow all safety, transportation, and company operational procedures.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage where required for the role.
• Good knowledge of roads and routes within Accra.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules efficiently.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to handle goods carefully and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Previous delivery or logistics experience will be an added advantage.
